Key Responsibilities:
To check & balance on the Stock availability and stock visibility and POSM (Point of Sales material) deployment in the market
To keep an eye on competitor market activities
Maintaining merchandising standards at interface outlets.
Monitoring of all KPIs of Merchandising.
Ensure all activities running smoothly and as per the standard of merchandising SOP
To ensure that the retail area(s) are well presented and merchandised
To attend daily morning briefings and training sessions as required
Weekly Update sharing with Zonal Sales Manager
To ensure DMRs meet punctuality, attendance and personal appearance
Key Responsibilities
Brand and sku wise availability & Visibility of company products in market
Achievements of Given Targets.
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing team performance
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Allocating areas to Sales Promoters
Plan and schedule appropriate training programs
Ensure proper coordination with the clients

Brand and sku wise availability of company products in market.
Developing & implementing Sales promotion plans to achieve targets on time.
Monitoring market situation & competitors activities.
Ensure that trade activities are being implemented properly by distributor and his sales team.
